Stacey’s Mapo Tofu Udon is this week’s special.

Chewy udon noodles and silky tofu in a rich, mapo-inspired sauce with broad bean paste, black bean sauce, garlic, ginger, toasted sesame oil and a splash of rice vinegar.

Packed with deep, savoury umami in every bite.
