Its often so very challenging to juggle life, work and family commitments when we are in the throes of perimenopause or menopause.
Life goes at full speed and for many of us our inner & physical strength can become depleted as well as our inestimable time.
A warm invitation from Siobhan and Lu from Menopausal Mayhem is extended to you. Come and join us at our gatherings once a month to share experiences; enjoy refreshments together, explore discussions and activities and to delve deeper into our own transformations with other perimenopausal /menopausal/post-menopausal women.
