Welcome to Winslade House!

Located on the grounds of the stunning Winslade Park on the outskirts of Exeter, LEAN are delivering the refurbishment of the 106,000 Sq. Ft building, creating multi-tenanted offices, high-quality open-plan spaces, a dedicated reception area, along with Gym facilities, cycle storage, showers, and a food offering.

This £7.5m project commenced in April, and is due for completion in January 2022 for our client Burrington Estates. In the new year, we look forward to welcoming some brilliant local companies into these offices including Coreus Group KTA

With such a large site, this project has certainly had its challenges. Material availability has been a huge issue in the industry, meaning advanced planning and early package procurement has been essential. We have replaced over 1,400 double glazed windows alone!
