We haven't had a in a while, so here's a good one!

Last year, Olivia and Tara worked together to prepare for an upcoming optician appointment. Through patience, planning and plenty of practice, they helped make what can be an overwhelming experience feel much more manageable.

Sometimes it's the smaller, less obvious pieces of support that have the biggest impact. In this case, it was the difference between Olivia being able to access an important healthcare appointment, or not.

It's a lovely reminder that building confidence and developing everyday skills can open the door to greater independence and ensure people can access the services they need.
