Meet Matt - a unique blend of science and software at Exe Squared!

Today, we're excited to share the story of Matt, a dynamic member of our team whose journey is as inspiring as his contributions to our projects.

Matt's journey with us began uniquely. After completing a "Coding Traineeship" with IT Career Switch, he was driven to find a place where he could apply his newfound skills. His search led him to our website, and intrigued by the prompt on our contact form - "Could you be a member of our team?" - he sent an email with his CV attached and subject: "Could you be a member of our team?" - Yes Please!". Just a few hours later, a call from Henry started the next chapter of his career.

In his time at Exe Squared, Matt has made significant contributions to several key projects. His current focus areas include:
- Blue Horizon - Covid Testing and Blood Tests: Improving patient management systems, automating lab requests, and streamlining result retrieval.
- Fast Track Kiosks: Enhancing travel experiences at Portuguese airports.
- Communicate-ed: QuickBooks API integration and Expression Engine Site Management.

Martin says that Matt also loves a QR Code!

Matt's technical skills are complemented by an impressive academic background. He holds an integrated master's degree in Biomedical Sciences (MSci BioMed) from the University of Southampton. His master's research delved into the structural conformation of the Tau protein, specifically oligomeric tau, during Alzheimer's disease - a testament to his analytical and research capabilities.

Matt's journey is a prime example of how diverse experiences and academic backgrounds contribute to the rich tapestry of skills and perspectives at Exe Squared. We're proud to have him as part of our team and excited to see his continued growth and contributions to our projects.
