Cutera Secret RF is genuinely one of my favourite treatments in clinic right now.

It combines radiofrequency energy with microneedling and delivers both directly into the deeper layers of the skin, which is where real structural change actually happens. The skin rebuilds itself from within, and the improvement in firmness, texture, and overall quality that follows is something topical skincare simply can't replicate on its own, no matter how good your routine is.

I use it a lot for patients in their 40s and 50s who are noticing laxity, crepiness, or a general decline in skin quality that their skincare isn't keeping up with. It's also one of the very few treatments I'd confidently use on the neck, which is an area that gets neglected far too often and that most devices aren't well suited to.
