A little update… 🌼📚

The library is now in its new home! 🎉

It’s almost ready to welcome its first books, but we’re not quite open just yet. We still need to apply the final protective varnish (the wind had other ideas today!) and tidy up around the newly installed posts before we can officially open.

Thank you to everyone who’s followed along with the build and painting process. It’s been lovely sharing the journey with you. Hopefully it won’t be much longer before we can fill the shelves and officially open the doors!

Today’s progress 🌼
Added more grasses and started filling out the meadow today. I didn’t realise quite how challenging painting grass would be, but it’s slowly starting to come together. Still plenty to add, but I’m enjoying seeing the scene build up one layer at a time. 🌿📚
