Was hit with pcn in January when took my daughter to photo shoot wasn't even aware untill I got letter, went again last Friday for audition and was very vigilant for it not to happen again but today recieved 2 separate fines for same thing signage so confusing and the fact over 150 cars a day are doing it proves that it is basically a money making trap for the council.
