Edinburgh to get experiential new venue as Coco Boho opens on George Street Coco Boho, the capital's newest lively late-night destination, is set to open its doors to the public this Friday, July 21 at the spot below Tigerlily on George Street.

To celebrate today, we’re mixin’ it up with a Dry Martini 🍸here’s how:

Ingredients

50ml Holyrood Distillery eight of Arrows Gin
10ml Dry Vermouth

Glass: cocktail coupe 🍸
Garnish: lemon twist 🍋

Method

Add ingredients to a mixing glass or tin, fill to the top with ice, stir for 30-40 seconds until icy cold, and strain into a cocktail coupe. Garnish with a twist of lemon. Et voila!
