For anyone looking at this I thought it might be interesting to just mention a couple of words about what these songs mean to me (Iain);
Faker, The lyrics are the important part of this tune. Some fun at Rock's expense
Spiral Eyes, I just love this song, so much fun to play
Juno, We went back to the 70's when we pulled this together. Such fun and Fib's backing vocals make the track! European Gi
rl, You can almost feel the hot sand under your feet and the sun in your face with this tune. So lovely and a cracker from Mr Wetton. Testing Times, This track has some jazz influences but also something you just cannot put your finger on. Some complex harmony building and building, Fib and Anna sound fantastic!. Little Bit, I love the almost Russian feel about this track and the vocals seem to sit well in a twisted orchestration. No Faith, Fib pulls of some really powerful delivery on this one. You Refuse, Simply gorgeous vocals again from Fib, it's a heartbreaker. Square One, A track that I'm really pleased with, it's so funny how things can materialise like this, great tune. The Place I'm In, A really moving song again lovely vocals. Creation, For those who know me well you will know the history of this song and what it means to me. You will know that it represents a day when almost everything was lost. Classic Saw, I like to listen to this tune with a whiskey in my hand and the light off and pick out the details from the driven bassline. There is more in there than you might at first realise. Set Up to Play, This song was immediately good to play around with but the solo at the end needed to be right. I feel it is something I can be proud of and delivers a close to the song that I really really love. Bare Wires, This is song about raw emotion and feeling tearing the heart. This must be listened to loud!
