We were able to offer 46 courses this year, and had over 300 incredible participants💙

LAYC offers a huge range of courses for those working with young people, some highlights from this year included:

For many children with SLCN, communication is not about perfect speech or full sentences. It’s about having the opportunity to express themselves, be understood, and feel that their voice matters.

When we slow down, listen carefully, and reduce pressure, we create space for real communication to happen in a way that works for the child.
Small changes in how we listen can make a big difference to confidence, connection, and participation.
