I get a total buzz from working with people in a way that amplifies their strengths, resilience and competencies. Especially in the face of challenges ๐๏ธ
Here's some simple coaching questions I often use. No gimmicks, just building 'possibility' through conversation.

Are you a sports coach, S&C coach, physiotherapist, or other sport & exercise professional and struggle to know how to maximise athlete or client motivation, confidence and strengths, in often the briefest of encounters?
As a chartered sport psychologist, therapist and coach, I've been studying and applying skills that are specifically designed to help athletes make changes quickly for the past 10 years. I'm now running a FREE one hour webinar on brief conversational skills that you can put into practice right away, without having to be an expert in psychology.
By attending, you will:
๐บLearn to start seeing the opportunities in people's stories to amplify their confidence, motivation, resilience, and strength
๐บLearn how to formulate and appropriately ask powerful questions that can be used in your next conversation with a client/athlete
๐บLearn how to start facilitating change quickly in those you work with

The integrity model (Nahon & Lander, 2014) is core to how I make sense of my experiences and relationships.
In this video, I share a couple of key points the authors make around values.
1) Values largely exist in a hierarchy and under pin our actions. How did these become our values? Are they even our, self chosen, values? And how do we manage value clashes?
2) How mindful are we of our values and the extent to which we're honouring them on a day by day, moment by moment basis?
