We would like to wish the Chair of our board of trustees and Production Manager of Sister Act, Irene Hogg, a very happy 70th Birthday!

Irene and her husband, Alan, have been dedicated to FCT for 45 years.

Rene’s dedication has seen her take on the role as chair and production manager simultaneously since 2023, ensuring that Forth Children’s Theatre remains one of Scotland’s leading youth theatres. Without Rene’s support and leadership we wouldn’t be able to put on the high standard of shows our audience and young people know us for today.

Rene has chosen to spend her birthday with our cast in 1970s Philadelphia and we couldn’t be more honoured. We would like to take this special occasion to say thank you and celebrate our very own Mother Superior 🥳🎉🍾
