Congratulations on your promotion Cheryl.
From all of us!
Cheryl has become a familiar face with our tenants over the past 18 months and has recently moved into a dedicated role as our Viewings & Lettings Negotiator.
She’ll be on hand to help prospective tenants through the letting journey and make sure every tenancy gets off to the best possible start.
The move will also allow our Property Managers more time to support landlords and look after their portfolios.

We’re delighted to introduce Maddie.
As one of the newest members of the Chapmans team, she’s joined us as our Trainee Property Manager so many of our landlords and tenants will be getting to know her soon.
When she’s not at work, you’ll most likely find her spending time with friends, getting lost in a good book, or enjoying a swim. She’s also a big fan of Edinburgh and loves exploring Holyrood Park and hiking up Arthur’s Seat to take in the city’s views.
