Our class is suitable for all levels of fitness. All you need are trainers, water and clothes that are suitable to exercise in. All boxing equipment is provided; feel free to bring your own mitts if you prefer. Class is £4 per person.

Thursdays 1905 - 1945
Classes are £4.40 (£2.10 for 16/17 year olds)

Boxercise is 20 years old tomorrow! If you've never tried it, come and join us for a fab cardio and conditioning workout all rolled into one. Your arms and abs will love you for it. Wednesdays, 6.45 - 7.30pm in Room 32, The Fisherrow Centre, Musselburgh. No prebooking required. £4 per adult (£3 for 12-15 year olds, must be accompanied by a participating adult)
