With interest rates rising fast it is wise to fix your rates now. Did you also know that as a portfolio landlord you can fix your rate for 5 years now- then refinance to a lower rate if rates fall - without having to pay redemption penalties.

One common myth is that it is not possible to obtain a mortgage for a rental property in a Ltd Co for a property above a pub or a restaurant. Although dependent upon lenders conditions this is not the case. We have recently obtained several mortgages for clients that had been told by their previous broker that this was not possible.

To pay our respects on the sad news of the death of HRH Queen Elizabeth II, Spyder Properties will be closed on Monday 19th September, the day of the funeral.
