We finished this bespoke kitchen at the end of last year and had hoped to get back to take some photos before now. We'll have to wait little bit longer, but here's some of the clients own in the meantime. ⠀

The starting point for the design was to use the clients vintage Poul Cadovius wall shelving and cabinets. We made new Iroko wall supports to incorporate the splash backs. This was stained to match the Cadovius units and used to frame the lower cabinets and integrated appliances as well. It's a Corian worktop with sloped drainage area over a gold(!) sink and refurbished taps that once lived in a school science classroom ⠀

Bespoke peg boards, Anglepoise lamps for task lighting, magnetic wooden knife block, reading shelf... and much more. We'll share the full story and spec on the website once we get the photography up.

Back to 2013 this time with these American Black Walnut wardrobe doors. Traditional frame and panel construction, raising the panels to be flush with a minimal expansion gap for a clean, modern look. As you can see, the client wanted to maximise the storage space and to keep the design as simple as possible to let the timber do the talking.
