Fitted a new shutter lock today 🔐 after removing a snapped key — customer only had the one key left 😬 so got it sorted and secured properly 👍

Called out by Police after they’d used the big red key to open the door — another locksmith had already walked away saying “that’s a joiner’s job.”

When we attend a police job, the priority is simple:

👉 Use reasonable force to get back in
👉 Leave it as safe as we can. No excuses.
