The Branch was founded in January 1924 to preserve and promote Scottish Country dancing. Now in our 94th year, we are flourishing with classes and events for all levels from primary school age children to octogenarians and everyone in between. On this day in 2017, we celebrated the 150th Anniversary of Canada with a special Ceilidh for Canada in Princes Street Gardens. 🇨🇦💃
Set against the backdrop of Edinburgh Castle, it was a wonderful occasion filled with music, dancing, friendship, and a warm welcome for visitors and locals alike.
