Are you aware your feet can show early warning signs of diabetes? Your podiatrist can help you understand how diabetes can affect you feet and so play an important role in helping you manage your foot health.

Warning signs to look out for -
- Colour changes to the skin
- Swelling in the foot or ankle
- Numbness anywhere in the foot
- Leg/ankle pain
- Open and slow healing pores.
- Ingrown nails
- Fungus and infections
- Bleeding corns and calluses

We do a full diabetic screening (which should be carried out annually) which we will then share with your GP.
