Blueberry tart, fruit of the forest sorbet, confit orange, meringue and a glossy blueberry compote.
Also available as a mini dessert - for when you "almost" don't want a full one.🥄

POV: the room vs. the view
The Bryce Room at The Bridge Inn sits on the upper floor, looking straight out over the Union Canal - a king brass bed, soft pale tones, and a name reaching back to 1864.
📖 Bryce takes its name from a 19th-century figure whose family once lived in this very building - one of four rooms here, each named after a character from Ratho's past. Ask us at check-in. Some stories are better told over a pint...🍺
