Meet Mikey.

Mikey first worked alongside Dean as an apprentice in 2004, spending three years learning the trade and developing the craftsmanship, attention to detail and work ethic that continue to define his work today.

Fast forward to now and he’s worked alongside Dean for more than a decade and has been part of Windsor Developments since day one.

As one of our Site Foremen, Mikey leads projects from the front, coordinating trades, solving problems and ensuring work is delivered to the high standards our clients expect. If you’ve had the pleasure of Mikey working on your project, you’ll know exactly what he’s about. He takes enormous pride in his work and is always focused on delivering the very best result for our clients.

Alongside leading projects, Mikey has taken our apprentice Ruben under his wing, helping guide him through his apprenticeship and sharing the knowledge and experience he’s built up over the years. The same attention to detail and pride he brings to every project is something he’s now passing on.

Away from site, life is just as busy. Mikey is a proud dad to four boys, with baby number five on the way. Safe to say there are never many quiet moments at home, and there are always plenty of stories to keep the team entertained. 😉

We’re incredibly lucky to have Mikey as part of the Windsor team and grateful for the experience, dedication and craftsmanship he brings to every project.

We’ve just completed a stunning full renovation and extension on a beautiful Victorian double lower apartment in Edinburgh’s New Town. This was our second time working with our wonderful client, Penny, and it’s always a privilege to bring her vision to life.

From reimagining the layout to blending period features with modern design, every detail was carefully considered to create a timeless, elegant home that balances character with comfort.
