Not every connection starts with broadband. ๐
This month, we've awarded ยฃ12,000 through our GoFurther Fund to four incredible organisations making a difference in their communities:
๐ Cornerstone Community Care, Galashiels
๐ The General Store, Selkirk
๐ Stable Life, near Selkirk
๐ Hawick High School Inclusion Hub
The funding will support projects helping people feel more connected, confident and included, from supporting adults with learning disabilities and helping older residents build digital confidence, to creating opportunities for young people who need alternative routes to thrive.
At GoFibre, we're passionate about connecting communities, and that goes beyond broadband. Through our GoFurther Fund, we're proud to support the people and organisations creating positive change where it matters most.

โ ๏ธ DIGBY UPDATE โ๏ธ๐๐
The last time we heard from our World Cup correspondent, he was making the most of Boston ahead of Scotland v Morocco. Unfortunately, that one didnโt quite go our way.
But football moves quickly and Digby has now checked in from Miami ahead of Scotland's final group stage match against Brazil on Wednesday.
A new city.
A new backdrop.
And another chapter of the adventure.
For now, our travelling correspondent is soaking up the Florida sunshine and trying not to think about football every five minutes.
After two games, it became clear Scotland needed a few more goals. We had a spare lunch break, so we did the only sensible thing... we held trials in the office.
The challenge was simple: hit the target and stake your claim for a call-up. To be fair, some performances showed promise. Others nearly took out their teammatesโฆ
Who gets the call-up? Steve Clark, if you're watching, we'll let you decide.
Mon Scotland.

โ ๏ธ Mission update
Our official World Cup correspondent has checked in from Boston after watching Scotland get their World Cup campaign off to a winning start. ๐ช
Mini Digby spent the day taking in Fenway Park, the iconic home of the Boston Red Sox.
Different sport, same atmosphere. The Tartan Army has a knack for turning up wherever thereโs a big occasion, and Boston has certainly felt the energy.
Foam finger secured. Popcorn sampled. Fenway firmly ticked off the list. ๐
The World Cup adventure rolls onโฆ

We were expecting a few surprises.
We weren't expecting six alarms every morning and and blackhead-popping videos getting airtime.
Some answers raise more questions than they answer. ๐
