Installed new Fuseboard with rcbos and spd.

Installed double pole rcd fuseboard for zappi car charger. I ran this in ev ultra cable with d-line fire clips.

Full cat 6 installation throughout the 3 floors with access points on each floor. Cat 6 plates in every bedroom all ran back to a patch panel in the garage.

I used the cavity master metal plates which came in so handy on the chipboard floor to give easier access to route the cables and for drilling through the center of the joists.

Along with the Milwaukee staple gun equipped with fire clips one of the best purchases I’ve made in years for ease of cable supports.

Few photos from a recent partial rewire completed. New Fusebox with spd. Ring circuit for the kitchen. Radial circuit for the lounge and new lighting circuit for external light with key switch and pendant in kitchen all plaster worked included and installation certificate provided.

Thanks to specialised signs for sorting me out with this. Really happy with the end result.

Final day of partial rewire with Michael James Mcleod. This Fuseboard was a fun one to rip out and piece back together.

I installed all framing and trunking to beaten up the area and contain the cable.
Metal all round band was put in place to hold cabling down trunking.
Fully loaded board fitted with RCBO protection and SPD.
All fully tested and certified after completion.

Flame retardant MDF was used to mount the Fuseboard to and fire expanding foam to seal up back of Fuseboard.
