2023 has been another whirlwind (where does the time go?!) with lots of fantastic opportunities and events as well as growing personally and professionally.

A massive THANK YOU to everyone that has worked with me this year, from education to events, PT to courses and workshops. Classes, projects and all the glorious bits in between that keep things interesting, challenging and growing! I feel forever grateful to experience so much variety and have the privilege to work alongside so many amazing and inspiring people week on week ❤🥰

2023 has also been a busy one working behind the scenes preparing for 2024 and the launch of

January will see the beginning of a brand new studio and the continued development and delivery of fitness classes, personal training, workshops/courses and more!

It's been a journey already... and we've only just started! But truly excited (and still pinching myself) for the opportunities to come and the next chapter in this story.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the incredible team at and for the best time and gorgeous flowers, cards and chocolates 😋 on my last night at the studio (for now) 😉

I've been supporting the acro dance teams and fitness here for over 18 months and so thankful to have worked alongside some amazing teachers, students and staff. I'm super proud of my dear friend and thankful to have shared the space with her and the team ❤ You, my lady, are wonderwoman! 🙌💪 and have inspired me so much!

Having a rejig of my weekly schedule and so, whilst it was a tough decision, it's a 'see you soon' for now.

To all the dancers and fitness members keep up the amazing work! You are more capable than you know 😁🤗 Super proud and very grateful for the time spent with you all ❤😊
