On Tuesday we were lucky to be at Fort Bar Leith pouring some wines. There, Estra and Myrtle are really backing the culture of good drinking. From unusual spirits and craft beers by local brewers to — why not? — sustainable wines too.

That’s exactly why we like supporting them: they’re fighting to change that old local pub mentality where you just get served standardized, mass-produced wines that bring nothing to the final consumer.

So if you’re around the lower end of Ferry Rd, make sure to pop by and show them some love — they fully deserve it!

We know it’s just one name among many on a long list of writers, but still — it makes us proud to see what is achieving with GALICIAN SOMMELIER in such a short time, sharing and championing Galician viticulture 🙂🍷

What a night that was! Last Saturday, we were delighted to take part in ’s very first Chef’s Table, pairing our wines with ’s exceptional menu. It was a pleasure to share the stage once again with Scott and , who created a truly spectacular dining experience.
