Duloch Library

Thank you to everyone who came along to our drop-in crafts on Tuesday afternoon. This was the first session and it was to make a peacock! The library was buzzing all afternoon and it was great to see all the budding crafters who took part.

Our next session is Tuesday 14th July 2-4pm- it is drop-in so spaces around the table may be limited, however we have loads of exciting books to read to keep you occupied. You can also sign up for the Fife Reading Challenge - and it's open to everyone - adults too!!

The Summer Holidays are here which means it's the perfect to sign up for the Fife Reading Challenge!

This year you set your own six reading goals which can be anything from reading a chapter a night to sharing a picture book with a friend!

AND everyone that takes part in the challenge will be entered into our amazing prize draw where you could win some fantastic prizes.

Not only that but this year the whole family can get involved as young people and adults have their own challenge this year!

We are so excited to announce that the award winning author JD Kirk will be visiting the library to talk about his amazing crime series of books featuring DCI Jack Logan, Robert Hoon and DI Heather Filson!
JD Kirk is a Scottish crime fiction author who has written and published over twenty novels in the DCI Jack Logan series and has gone on to sell more than five million copies of his books. He has also murdered approximately fifty fictional highlanders in his career, much to the delight of his worldwide fans who particularly love his twisting plots, gruesome deaths and laugh-out-loud humour!
He will be joining us on Monday 27th July at 7pm at Duloch library to discuss his books, including his latest release in the DCI Jack Logan series, Better the Devil.
