Max’s application caught my eye with his main goals for next year…:

- Obtain an Elite License
- Keep my Mullet in top condition
- Keep it fun

Max joins us as a 25-year-old 1st Category rider after seven seasons with PB Performance.

He’s looking for a new challenge in a team environment that balances ambition with a strong sense of community — something he says stood out to him in conversations with a few of you.

For 2026, Max is aiming to step up to Elite level on the road, while keeping it fun and keeping his mullet in top condition. He also hopes to build out his gravel calendar with a mix of UCI and Earth Series events.

Off the bike, he’s been involved in race organising, helping to support and strengthen the UK scene at a grassroots level — something we really respect.

We’re stoked to have him onboard.

Jas is young (18) crazy talented, and good at basically every cycling discipline.

She’s also from Scarborough and I hear they make some good climbing legs over there.
