Wow! What a fantastic evening celebrating our sporting stars at the Lecale Sports Awards last night!

A huge thank you to the Millbrook Lodge Hotel for the excellent hospitality, and to our special guests, Neil McManus, Conor Laverty, and Mia Fitzsimmons, for their inspiring contributions. Their insightful panel discussion shared many important messages with our young people about dedication, resilience, hard work and making the most of opportunities both in sport and in life. 👏
The evening provided a wonderful opportunity for people from across all sporting codes to come together and celebrate the achievements of our young people and the wider sporting community.

Congratulations to all of our nominees and winners. Being nominated is a tremendous achievement in itself, and every individual recognised should be extremely proud of their dedication, commitment and success.

From show‑stopping performances by our incredible House Band and Grease soloists, to the unbeatable energy of our NICMAC winners and All‑Ireland Champion Irish dancers, this is a showcase you won’t want to miss. Also sharing the stage will be drama performances, an Art display, and a special joint Choir performance with our Shared Education partners from Down High… it’s shaping up to be an unforgettable evening. 🤩
