Boundary disputes can be stressful, especially when things have already become tense.

The ex-university building is currently going through a complete strip-out and refurbishment.
Summers-Inman's primary goal was to gain a complete and reliable understanding of the site before progressing with design and construction, which included identifying the position of underground services, capturing accurate land levels, documenting the existing building, and understanding the surrounding context.
We are honoured to have worked on this project, and cannot wait to see the final result!
