Today's small job - replacing the old cooker extractor fan. It was past due for an upgrade, with lights and fan not working properly. Now it's a modern unit with LED lighting, running quieter than before. Next up, the cupboards get fitted.

Out with the old and in with the new. This light was broken, old and literally falling apart. It’s now been replaced with a fresh clean looking light pendant and shade.

Today Job consisted of installing a new LED fitting with an added PIR sensor for better coverage and peace of mind.

This socket overheated and caused the fuse to blow and the face place to crack. Managed to get there quickly to get it replaced, find the fault and make it safe.

January is the month I fix things people have ignored for years.

Loose sockets, cracked faceplates, lights that “sometimes work”.
