First Steps Chat ED

Effective from 30th October, the current ChatED service will be coming to an end. Please look out for a new service coming soon!

For October, staff will remain available on ChatED between 12 and 1pm on both Tuesday's and Thursday's.

From now on we will be providing online support 3 times a day! We appreciate it's a difficult time for everyone and we hope to bring some hope and reduce anxiety you may be experiencing.

Please note that the time of ChatED on Friday's has changed and will now be 1 - 2pm.
