At Supporting Communities, we believe 💚 Early Intervention is Prevention.

Right now, demand for our Youth & Family Support Services is higher than ever.

📈 Referrals to our Youth & Family Support Services have increased by over 60%

⏳ Waiting times have increased by 30%, which is around 4 weeks longer, because funding isn't keeping pace with demand. This means more children, young people, and families are waiting longer for the timely support they need, increasing the risk that problems escalate before we can help.

⚠️ To manage demand, we've had to reduce some community sessions and reallocate our limited resources so we can prioritise those most in need.

🤝 Every week, our team invests hundreds of hours supporting children, young people and families, helping them improve their wellbeing, build resilience and access the support they need.

💷 At the same time, our spending on activities, essential items and support for young people and families has increased, while our support budget continues to reduce under the pressure of growing demand.

We urgently need to increase our resources so we can:
