Today, young professionals on the Personal Growth Programme took part in Lead with Impact, Collaborate for Success – an engaging session focused on developing leadership and collaboration skills.

Through hands-on activities, participants built confidence in their ability to take initiative, inspire others and enhance team synergy. These practical skills will help them lead more effectively and contribute to a thriving workplace culture
