Another great milestone hit on this extension project 👌

The bifold doors are now installed, the scaffold is down, and we’re all set for rendering tomorrow. It’s amazing to see this one really starting to come together now!

This rear extension is now fully rendered, with the new roof completed along with brand new wooden fascia and soffits to finish it off properly. The bifold doors are currently going in and it’s really starting to transform the whole back of the property.

A lot of hard work has gone into this one and it’s great to see it taking shape. Looking forward to showing the finished result soon!

Big progress on site this week as the structural steels go in 🙌

With tricky access, we brought in a compact spider crane to safely lift each beam into place, giving this extension the strength it needs to open up the space and support the new structure. Precision and planning are key at this stage, and the team delivered it spot on.

The existing felt shingle roof was removed due to ongoing leaks and replaced with durable fibre cement slate tiles, giving the structure a much more robust and long-lasting finish.

Alongside the new roof covering, internal remedial works were carried out where water ingress had caused damage. Saturated plasterboard was removed, replaced, and fully re-plastered to restore the interior back to a clean, dry condition.

The result is a watertight, upgraded roof with a far improved appearance and performance.

The external works on the loft conversion are now complete. The new rear dormer blends neatly with the existing roof, finished with matching tiles and clean white windows.

With the structure fully weatherproofed and the scaffolding ready to come down, the transformation is clear — adding valuable space while maintaining the character of the home.

Finally broke ground on a big extension in Slinfold this week.

Trenches are in and foundations getting started—good to see some real progress at last.

The loft project is also progressing well, with the new roof structure now being formed. The framework for the dormer is in place and the roof works are moving ahead nicely. It’s great to see the space starting to take shape as the project moves forward.

The Brockham project is progressing well and the extension is really starting to take shape. We’ve now moved onto the roofing stage, with the roof structure in place and tiles going on. It’s great to see the build coming together and moving closer to being weather-tight.
