The personal qualities, such as fitness, self-discipline and leadership, which are taught by the British Army are the envy of the world. We place a high value on initiative and team work as a Regiment and dedicate specific training time to developing our soldiers' leadership skills - skills which they use on a daily basis in their regular employment to get ahead. Our challenging training programme develops and pushes individuals to become fitter, more confident and more robust. The technical training qualifies soldiers in the highest technical standards to be able to move, store, maintain and issue every item required to support the Army in all conditions. These practical skills place our Reservists at the forefront of their trade and allow those employed in the Logistics' sector to remain ahead of the game. Following completion of basic soldier training, all Reservists learn a trade qualification, in our unit we specialise in providing highly qualified Logistic Specialist (Supply) soldiers, although we have many other trades including Chefs, Physical Training Instructors, Drivers and Administrators.
