"Unless issues are picked up at birth or through Health Visitors, it is hard to know if children and young people might not be able to see, especially if they cannot say that for themselves.

"There are hearing checks at birth but not eye checks."

"I would like to see low vision services in High Street practice, easily accessible for patients.

"One of our regional hospitals has a 12 month wait for low vision, whereas I could see them next week!"
