Warwickshire Search and Rescue (WarkSAR) are a charity who are part of Lowland Rescue, they are on call 24/7 to assist Warwickshire and West Midlands Police forces search for vulnerable missing people. They have trainees who are about to become fully qualified search technicians. Once qualified, WarkSAR will need to buy a complete set of uniform for them which will cost the charity approximately £300 per person. This uniform is not ceremonial. It is all weather PPE. It is the gear that keeps you warm, dry(ish) and alive on searches in any weather. As WarkSAR is a nonprofit non government funded charity, all funds are generated by charitable donations and by the team members themselves. So please donate what you can.
