The most toxic thing about hustle culture is the lie that you have to sleep for less than 6 hours. It's a lie. Studies have shown you need between 7-8 hours of quality sleep. Don't take your sleep lightly. You will crash and burn if you don't take care of yourself. Take your sleep importantly and your best version will be able to show up more consistently.

A great book which I picked up for £3 from a local book store. But this book has perhaps been the biggest game changer for me. It's not as famous as other books but the content is pure quality. Don't always be attracted to best sellers. This book has by far been one of the books which has made me think very differently towards business and jobs.
