Another project delivered for a client... converting a two bed into a three bed HMO... creating a room in the first reception room downstairs, removing chimney breast, partition with installing fire door with autoclosure, wired smoke alarms all across the house, new laminate flooring with freshly painted walls with Dulux white just uplift the dated house and new consumer unit with electricity certificate and gas safety certificate... ready for renting... happy days... 😀 🤩 🏂

Delivered an open plan layout - by connecting the lounge/diner area seamlessly with the kitchen area... placing a steel column as per building regulations and structural engineer's calcs... eventually getting it approved via Coventry City Council ... special thanks to my decorator friend who made it appeared as if there was no wall existed before!!!

Newly decorated room after removal of Chimney and built in fire place, replastering, skimming and painting over the entire rooms... Client chose the perfect paint contrast - Light Grey with Drak Grey... and new ceiling lights installation with a 70 inches Sony TV going on the wall with sturdy bracket allowing TV to swirl, tilt and move around ... thereafter levelling the floors before engineering woods floor going in next...
