Fast forward 6 months of my own healing journey with 9D, Breatholution was born - from years of therapy that never quite reached the root, and from realising that true transformation happens when we work with the body, not just the mind. 9D Breathwork took me beyond words. It has guided me deep into my subconscious and allowed my body to release stuck energy - the kind of unresolved trauma we often cant speak about because its too painful. The mind/ego protects us, but in doing so, it can keep us stuck. 9D Breathwork has helped me release years of unresolved trauma, shift limiting beliefs, and reconnect to the part of me that knows life is for living, not just surviving. Through Breatholution, I hold space for others to experience that same release, clarity, and awakening.
