Our INSPIRE Leadership Programme continues to make a real impact, helping Team Leaders build confidence, strengthen leadership skills and prepare for future management opportunities.
Recent assessment results from our teams in the North show significant improvements in coaching, mentoring, communication and assertiveness, with colleagues taking on greater responsibilities and progressing into Deputy Manager roles.
