Small Steps Coaching

2016 marked the end of an era when I made the decision to close my coaching practice and concentrate on my role as skills coach and mentor with local charity:Lapwing.
Having set up my coaching practice in 2006, I have been privileged to work with some amazing people, many of whom have had to deal with some very difficult situations-I have only acted as a means of helping them move on and enabled them to react and respond to situations in a different way; the rest has come from within themselves & their inner strength.
My website is no more but I will still have a presence here on Facebook, where I may still post things from time to time!
I hope you all have a really good 2017 but if things get tough, look to your instincts as they will usually serve you well!
