Clients come to me with musculoskeletal issues, arthritis, sports injuries, posture induced problems, stress, vertebral and pelvic alignment issues, and a whole gamut of other problems.
All being well, massages will be available from 12th April. Hope you are all keeping safe!
The massage room is nearly ready. Laminate floor laid, wallpaper on. Skirting next ... meanwhile happy to visit locally to provide treatments.
Well been a busy few weeks - me and Mary Macfarlane of Bowen health raised around £90 for Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland at tour de Lauder giving treatments. This weekend just gone Sarah Patterson, Anne Stokoe and I raised just short of £230 for Cash4kids at the Wooler Wheel Borderlands - tiring days both, but well worth it! We may get a mention on Radio Borders to day with a bit of luck :)
Remedial and Sports Massage taster sessions - FREE - at the Complementary Therapies Exhibition at Lauder public hall Friday and Saturday. I should be there Friday morning from around 10am until lunch time and Saturday from lunchtime until 4pm.
