Wow what an amazing week of Hands- on at Jing in Brighton!
Loads of learning - deep diving into clinical assessment and the treatment of chronic and acute pain and complex payhologies, Taping, giving and receiving therapeutic massage for stress and its chronic conditions, going deeper into orthopaedic testing...
Loads of fun had along the way - im happily exhausted and looking forward to sharing it all with you in the clinic therapy room!

The hands off aspect of a rebozo massage is truly soothing for the nervous system.
I often use a rebozo if youre especially in need of nurturing or soothing, dont want to undress or be touched by hands, need a gentle stretch...
I can do a whole hands-off rebozo massage or just add in a little rebozo love part way through.
We rock, bind, hold, wrap, stretch, jiggle...
Btw., rebozo is a Mexican word - its their famous handwoven cloth or manta, intrinsic to Mexican life. I dont know what else to call it...
