Cleaning your laptop needs to be done at regular intervals otherwise your laptop could have issue with over heating and then hardware failure
, especially gaming laptops!

I have had 2 customers phone me in the last two week with the below warning.

Please if you ever see this, it’s not legitimate and Microsoft will never ask you or send a warning on your computer to contact them.

Either contact us at Eames Computer Repairs or any local computer company. They are just plain scumbags, normally out to get the vulnerable.

The below customer paid them 200 pound for nothing. Don’t ever install any remote software unless you know they are a legitimate company as they will lock you out of your own PC if you let them in.

Things to look out for:

Google the number to see if it’s a legitimate Microsoft number or email address

Check for spelling mistakes. As you can see below support has a zero in it instead of a o

MSI Laptop freezing due to over heating. All cleaned and new paste applied on CPU/GPU and back with customer same day

Over heating laptop and cutting out randomly. Fans bring in a lot of dust so need cleaning every few years. Also cpu paste needs changing every 3 years to make the temperatures come down.
