This Xbox One came in not reading disks and having issues ejecting them. Closer inspection found that the motor inside the drive was shot and needed replacing.
We installed a new Blu ray drive and swapped over the internal boards due to them being hardcoded to each console.
After a good clean up the xbox is fully functional and good to go.
