JUNE RECAP ☕

A month filled with great coffee, new faces, plenty of cupping & finalising some exciting projects in the pipeline.

We welcomed a new team member — Ceilum 👋🏽
A brilliant addition to the Groupwork family, bringing a wealth of knowledge in sales & coffee. Ceilum will now be in charge of quality control & best practices within the roastery 🙌🏼

Weekend adventures took us on the road, visiting & catching up with our wonderful wholesale clients.

Big news ➡️ we’re back in Saintfield! 📍 Say hello to our brand new stockist, Millbank Farm . You’ll find a range of 250g retail bags on their shelf!

With temperatures soaring & the sun finally showing up, it meant earlier starts (hello 6am! 🌅), and some careful tweaks to our roast profiles to make sure every cup is tasting exactly how we want it.

We rounded out the month with a super morning hosting a cupping with the team at Caravela over at on the Ormeau Road. Some incredible coffees were sampled & it was brilliant to catch up with our coffee importer friends. ☕🤝

July is already shaping up to be jam-packed ✨ plenty of exciting things brewing & of course, plenty of coffee. Watch this space! 👀
