10AM HIIT session with this morning inside our customer group. We have recently opened up our support group for anyone to join free of charge!
We have live workouts such as hit, yoga, Pilates, boxercise, nutrition talks, live cooking classes, snack ideas & meal ideas!

Never skip a Monday workout 💯
For me personally I find getting my workouts done first thing helps me set up my day 🔥
I personally prefer the early mornings and to train in a fasted state.

TIP - Did you know it takes at least an hour for you to digest food? Try eating a minimum of an hour before you workout. Also try and avoid fats to close to workout out - it takes longer for them to digest. 🥜 🥑
