First two days of our first Level 2 Gym Instructing course at Ware-House Gym - Cwmdu Swansea 💪

It's been a fantastic couple of days with our learners!

From classroom-based theory and understanding how the body works, to practical sessions on the gym floor, it's been great to see everyone gaining confidence, getting hands-on, and putting their knowledge into practice.
